Spring Detox Yoga Workshop: How to Thrive with Meghan! Saturday, May 19th. 2-4 pm.
Do you feel sluggish or tired? Are you excited for Spring but don’t have the energy to get out of bed?
It’s time to shed winter’s heaviness and begin Spring with a fresh start by refueling and replenishing our bodies with a Spring yoga detox and journalling exercise! Detoxification is the process of removing toxins from the body, and from a yoga perspective, it is also the act of making room for energy and nutrients to flow in and throughout the body.
Like a wilting flower, we need to refresh our groundwater with fresh water to push out the stale juices in order to reap the nutrients and energy from fresh water that Spring gives us!
I’m here to help you break out of storage mode with a Spring detox to re-fresh your ground water and push the back-up out of your system so you feel fresh, fluid, and vibrant when the sun comes to remain this Spring!
Thrive with me to an hour of restorative and yin yoga followed by an hour of reflective journal-based workshopping.
Please bring your mat, water bottle, pen/journal-and a snack for after the class (if you wish!). I will bring some extra pens and paper, but please bring your own mats and water bottles!
