This will be a lively Vinyasa class, with a little extra emphasis on the soundtrack. If you’re a regular student of mine, you know I play a diverse mix of modern music and try to make it appropriate to the flow of the class. The goal here is the same, but we’ll replace the regular tunes with live guitar and vocals from one of my regular students, Jamie Gaull, playing acoustic versions of classic rock tunes that many of you probably know and hopefully love! You can’t miss this, a new twist to a fun and lively class. All levels are welcome to participate in this class.
About Jamie,
“I’ve been a student of both Yoga and music for many years. I don’t work that hard to be great at either one of them, and so I’m not. And I’m okay with that. The emphasis for me is on health, pleasure and relaxation, not accomplishment. I’m very excited to explore what happens when these two worlds of Yoga and music collide. I hope that you’ll join me in this class to find out!” - Jamie
